Thank-you to all the growers who participated and congratulations to Phil & Jane Hunt who had a 1814 pound challenger for the Canadian record. Woodbridge Fair paid out Saturday a total of $7175.00 in prize monies. To those who had to leave early, your cheques will be mailed. Thank-you to Ken Maynard and Frank Catapano for all their contributions and sponsorship. A big thanks goes out to Dave McCallum for his leadership in putting this weigh off together. It wasn't sure if they were going to put on a weigh off this year, but Dave stepped up big time.
