Getting veggie weights recognized.

Loving the new site !!
Question to all weigh off site reps / record keepers.
How would one go about getting something weighed for record purposes if that specific veggie class is not offered at any sites? Specifically Leeks by weight.
Any info that could be shared would be greatly appretiated.

Most shows have an other category. However it always helps to give someone within the organization a heads up. That way they can bone up/hone up on what all is required in order to do it right. Ensuring it will be acceptable by Guinness if that's the goal.
