Cold and very wet in Eastern ON. Jim has not had good luck with germination, some of the pumpkins have sick looking scrunched leaves, some the edges yellowing. with all of the rain last night we are saturated.

Our plants are behind due to wet weather, but the 2 jim says are growing the best are Holkes.

Aug 28 first day of watering, but we are fortunate not to be hit with the damaging weather in Texas. Prayers for the people of Texas.

4 days no rain, first stretch in 10 weeks. pumpkins behind, but good growth past few days. all squash aborted, tomato plants sickly with few blossoms. long gourd vines looking ok, but no gourds. the regular pumpkin patch of 10 varieties is a joke. Is there a category for largest weed? good luck everyone!
